Austin Chess Club

• The Bridge Center of Austin will be moving within the next few weeks to a new location, and the Austin Chess Club will be moving with them. The address is 6700 Middle Fiskville Road in the 78752 zip code; the space is everything to the left of the Taj Palace (as you face the front of the restaurant).

The new facilities will include a larger main playing hall and a much larger skittles room. We hope to be able to provide wireless Internet access, and may be able to open the club doors 1/2 hour earlier than our current time (this is under negotiation).

The latest news we have is that the new facility will not be ready until near the end of November. We'll be meeting at our current location through the first two weeks of November.
