IM David Brodsky, a UT Dallas student from New York finished on top of the 76-player Open Section at the 87th Annual Southwest Open in Irving with 6.0 points.
Justin Trey and Vijay Srinivas Ananandh tied for first in the Reserve section with 6.0 points. Viraj Singh won the Novice section with 6.0 points.
