Hello!!!
My 7 year old plays chess he has been involved in several tournaments regional and state wide in Mexico.
We were wondering if he can compete in our legue and participate in the tournaments. We would be more than happy to fly on for all tournaments.
I think this depends on the tournaments. Some TCA tournaments might require residence, but not many. They may require joining TCA. Most of the big tournaments in Texas are open to International players, and many do have international page. But check the details and contact the organizer of each individual tournament to get the best information.
