The annual membership meeting will be held at 7:30pm on Saturday, August 30 at the Wyndham Garden McAllen, 1921 S 10th St, McAllen, TX 78503 in conjunction with the Southwest Open. The meeting will be held in the Monarch A room.

All members (except Junior Tournament Members and Affiliates) who are at least 16 years of age and Texas residents are eligible to present motions and vote. We look forward to seeing everyone in McAllen!
